I sell real estate because I love it! I'm a country boy. I value sincerity, honesty and integrity in others and demand it of myself. I work hard for my clients making sure they get the best value. Transferring an interest in real property has become extremely complicated and fraught with risk. Naturally, I'm continually up-dating my skills and knowledge. New laws and rules are being made. New ways of doing business are developed. Information technology and the internet have radically changed the process.

I'm not afraid of the extra work required to make sure a transaction goes smoothly, safely and in a timely manner. I have as many meetings with county officials, inspectors, escrow officers, lenders, agents, attorneys and make as many trips to the property as it takes. If a unique situation arises which requires research or consul, I'm prepared for that, too.

While I take my work very seriously, I try to make it as enjoyable and rewarding as I can for my clients. Buying a home should be a wonderful adventure! Selling a property should be done swiftly and efficiently and with the least complications possible. That's what I do.  Call me.
